CLASS POLICIES
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your appointment. This preparation may include but is not limited to completing paperwork, a consultation with clinician, recording measurements and taking photos.
NO SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED IN THE SPA AT ANY TIME. This is due to COVID-19 and to be respectful of our client’s privacy.
All classes are to be paid in FULL no later than 1 week prior to the course date. If not paid by
5 PM exactly 1 week prior to the course date, you will forfeit your money and your registration will be cancelled unless you pay an extra $200 late fee.
