This preparation may include but is not limited to completing paperwork, a consultation with clinician, recording measurements and taking photos.

This is due to COVID-19 and to be respectful of our client’s privacy.

All classes are to be paid in FULL no later than 1 week prior to the course date. If not paid by 5 PM exactly 1 week prior to the course date, you will forfeit your money and your registration will be cancelled unless you pay an extra $200 late fee.
